It was a cold winter day in NC, single digit temperatures. I received a call from one of my hospitality customers in a panic that a water pipe burst above the ceiling and flooded the IT room where their Mitel SX-50 system was located. The system was completely down and not salvageable. I contacted John at East Coast Communications Group and explained the situation to him. He immediately configured a complete replacement system and shipped out to me the next day. He kept in touch with me after the sale with updates and delivery status. ECCG provided outstanding technical support after I installed the system for custom programming the customer was requesting that I was not able to figure out. Bottom line, very responsive and professional company to work with!
