Warranty Policy

East Coast Communications Group, LLC strives to provide you with the highest quality of new and refurbished telephones systems and parts. We offer a one-year warranty on all new products and systems, and a two-year warranty on all refurbished products and systems. Extended warranties can also be purchased. The warranty period begins on the day the equipment is invoiced and shipped. Manufacturer and electronic defects are covered; however, equipment damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, water, fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of nature, power surges, or incorrect installation is not covered by warranty.

New and refurbished Mitel equipment is warrantied through East Coast Communications Group, LLC. Please call us at (518) 762-3224 to receive a Material Return Authorization Number (MRA #) for sending back defective equipment. East Coast Communications Group, LLC will not accept defective equipment without an MRA #.
