If a product is defective within 30 days of receipt of purchase and it was not due to something that would void the warranty, East Coast Communications Group, LLC will offer an advanced replacement free of charge. To receive an advanced replacement on your defective product, please contact us at (518) 762-3224 for a Material Return Authorization Number (MRA #). Once an MRA # has been assigned, we will ship you the replacement product via UPS Ground and provide a UPS Ground return label for the defective product.
