You have 15 days from the invoice date to return any items except for systems, software and licenses as those sales are final and not eligible for a refund.
There is a 25% restocking fee plus the initial shipping charge on all returned items.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping back to East Coast Communications Group, LLC on all returns.
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure a return is packed correctly for safe return to us. We will not cover a returned product that has been damaged during shipping. Please allow 10 business days for credits to be processed.
