Customers will have 15 days from the shipping date to return items to East Coast Communications Group, LLC. There is a 25% restocking fee plus the initial shipping charge on all returned items. The customer will be responsible for all shipping, insurance charges, and risk of loss for the return of the products that require a refund. All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received. All systems, software and license sales are final and not eligible for a refund.
Please contact East Coast Communications Group, LLC at (518) 762-3224 to receive a Material Return Authorization Number (MRA #) for sending back equipment. We will not accept returned equipment without prior authorization and an MRA #. The MRA # must be included on the shipping label or displayed clearly on the outside of the box. East Coast Communications Group, LLC will process a refund within 10 business days after receipt of returned goods.
